DowsilSYLGARD Q3-3600 is a two-component silicone encapsulant.

Features:

• Two-part, 1:1 mixing ratio

• Long pot life

• Low viscosity

• Rapid heat cure

• No cure by-products

• Stable and flexible from -50°C to +200°C

• Self-priming

• Flexible rubber - protects against mechanical shock and thermal cycling stress at components
