BN BN Lubricoat® ALK is a pH-Alkaline/Basic version of our proven “workhorse” release agent for high-temperature use. BN Lubricoat ALK is ideal for providing true Teflon®–like non-wetting for all liquid metal transfer system components and is non-reactive and non-stick with metals, glasses, slags, and fluxes. Contains NO silicates to provide highest stability. Due to having its pH as Alkaline/Basic, BN Lubricoat ALK is compatible with mild steel as well as with alkali-silicate bonded coatings and ceramics.
