JTC400 is a silicone based solvent free high performance thermal grease.
The excellent wetting ability and 4.0W/m·K thermal conductivity allows the product fills into the intrfaces well, reduce resistance between interfaces. JTC 400 has low viscosity which makes it easy to use by dispensing or screen printing. The good reliability makes the product can be used in many high power devices, such as CPUs, GPUs, ASICS, north bridge and other devices.
