AfterGlo® High Performance Photoluminescent Propeller & Rotor Paint Kit (DHi P/N HPP001SGNK-A) is a high-performance, multi-component acrylic polyurethane paint system, specifically designed for exterior use on aircraft propellers and helicopter main and tail rotors. This coating system was developed for the U.S. Navy and qualified for its use on aircraft subjected to harsh operating conditions. This paint system is compatible with current and earlier generations of Night Vision Goggles (NVGs). The three parts of the system are (1) white base coat, (2) photoluminescent (PL) coat, and (3) clear topcoat.
Typical coverage is up to 800 square inches per paint kit depending on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, gun type and spray pattern, film thickness, amount of overspray and painter technique.
