olon A20 is a universally effective PTFE lubricant pigment, suspended in a fast-drying thermoplastic resin. It is capable of coating metal, rubber, glass, wood and plastic substrates. Tiolon A-20 is specially designed for low-friction and light loads. Moving parts wear longer and need less maintenance when coated with Tiolon A20. This AIR CURE lubricant allows applications where conventional bake-on or sintered PTFE coatings cannot be considered. The static coefficient of friction of the coating, when properly applied, will be between .06 to .09. A coating thickness of .0002 to .0007 inches generally provides the optimum low friction properties.
